Welcome to the Student Accessibility Services (SAS) Faculty Portal
Instructions
You can use the Portal to Manage/View Letters of Accommodation (LOA) for students enrolled in your courses.
Accommodation letters: On this screen, you will notice a column titled 'Your confirmation'. This feature is not monitored by SAS but may be helpful in your own student management and tracking.
Courses: On this screen, you can manage the Letters of Accommodation for each course instead of by each student. This may be helpful if you are teaching multiple courses.

Testing Integrity and Confidentiality
SAS continues to promote the academic standards set by the Nipissing University Academic Integrity Policy.
Fall 2025 UPDATE: SAS will no longer be requiring students to sign a “Confidentiality Agreement-Rescheduled Testing”.
SAS acknowledges that faculty may have concerns regarding testing integrity when any students write at a different date/time than the class.
As such, as part of the SAS Testing Agreement, students registered with SAS have pledged:
· not to discuss or ask about the contents of the upcoming test/exam with anyone.
· not to use any of the testing information to review/ prepare students for a test (in rare cases of writing before the regularly scheduled time of the test/exam)
· not to disclose to any person, any materials, items or content related to any test/exam/evaluation administered by Nipissing University.
Collaboration
To continue helping SAS support students, we kindly ask you to consider:
- forwarding a copy of course syllabus(i) to sastesting@nipissingu.ca, as this greatly faciliates the scheduling of accommodated testing.
- adding the following information about SAS on your course syllabus:
"Student Accessibility Services (SAS) assists students with permanent and temporary disabilities including, but not limited to: Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, ADHD, Sensory Disabilities, Medical and Physical Disabilities (including temporary injuries such as concussions etc.).
