Appointment Booking Procedures
Q. How can I view my upcoming appointments?
You can access a list of your future appointments by clicking the 'Calendar' button in the top menu within the Online Appointment booking sub-section in the Clockwork portal.
Q: How can I schedule an appointment?
Here are the steps to browse the schedule for existing availabilities.
Click on 'Schedule an appointment' in the top menu.
Select the type of appointment you are hoping to schedule In Person or Virtual (Please select the provider you have accessed previous, if unsure please contact sas@nipissingu.ca).
Use the left and right arrows at the top left of the calendar to browse the schedule. Note that availabilities will appear as boxes on the calendar.
Click once on an availability slot to schedule that it.
Follow the prompts to confirm and finalize the booking.
Q. How can I cancel an appointment?
If you see a 'cancel' link beside your appointment on the 'Calendar' tab you can use this to cancel your appointment. If you do not see this link, please call 705-474-3450 ext: 4362, email sas@nipssingu.ca or visit B210 on campus to cancel your appointment.
Q. What can I do if I have a question or concern?
If your question/concern is urgent you should contact us through phone at 705-474-3450 ext: 4362 or in-person B210. Otherwise, you can e-mail sas@nipissingu.ca, or click the 'Submit a comment' item in the menu to send us a question or comment.
