Welcome to the SAS Testing Portal

***Fall 2025: Returning students must resubmit the updated SAS Testing Agreement to access test bookings. Click "SAS Forms" on the main menu. ***

 

Requesting Testing Accommodations Late Booking Requests
  1. By the deadline, book all your upcoming testing.
  2. Click on "Schedule a test, midterm, or quiz" above.
  3. Confirm your request by clicking "My Upcoming Events" above.

Click "My schedule" on the main menu to view all your upcoming bookings.

You must contact SAS directly if:
  • You are trying to schedule a test within 7 days of the assessment date.
  • The booking deadline has already passed.
Late requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. SAS will add the request to a waiting list and make every effort to accommodate students.
Term Quizzes, Tests, and Midterms Exams
FALL 2025 Sunday, October 5 Sunday, November 2
WINTER 2026 Sunday, February 1 Sunday, March 1

Testing Centre Hours (Excluding Final Exams)

Note: Bookings outside these hours cannot be made through the portal. Please contact SAS directly via email or phone.

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

During final exams, there are no restrictions on office hours.

During Testing

If you have any concerns about your accommodations before or during an assessment, do not begin the test. Contact us immediately for assistance.

Deferrals

For information on deferring a test or exam, please refer to the Deferral of Tests and Exams guidelines or contact us directly.

Testing Integrity

Students registered with SAS are expected to respect testing integrity in compliance with the academic standards set by the Nipissing University Academic Integrity Policy, as outlined in the SAS Testing Agreement, which states:

I understand that I may be subject to academic penalties if I breach confidentiality about any part of a rescheduled or deferred exam. Breaching confidentiality includes, but is not limited to, sharing or receiving exam content or other exam-related information with other students using personal communication, electronic communication, or social media platforms.
